Cons Slippery tub. Slight mold smell from sink when water was running. Room 222. Meant to tell the front desk but forgot.

Cons 1 ascenseur Le monsieur a la réception a oublier de me donner mon billet pour le déjeuner que j'avais payer.. et même si tu paies il y a encore des frais si tu prend admettons un jus d'orange... Au prix que l'on paie je trouve sa très dispendieux surtout que le prix est seulement pour 1.personne.. la douche ne fonctionnait pas .. il faisait extrêmement froid dans la chambre incapable d'augmenter la température.. quelqu'un a rentrer dans la chambre dans la nuit ce qui veut dire que la personne a la réception a donnée la même chambre que nous...

Cons The fact that I paid for a King size bed and they gave me to full size beds and I paid 348 dollars.

Needs updating

Standard Holiday Inn. Public areas are solid and staff is always helpful. Rooms need some updating. Had an issue with the thermostat…didn’t work. Thought it was fixed on day 2. Still didn’t work on day 3 (second attempt to fix…replaced the thermostat). Nope. I had one more night so I didn’t change rooms. Management was aware and mentioned at checkout. They acknowledged but no compensation…standard apology. Location is convenient. Access to public transportation. Walkable area. Hotel restaurant is above average for all meals and is worth going to.

We called HIA @ Carlyle by IHG around 6 pm on June 23 to let the front desk know we wouldn’t be checking in until 9 pm. We were then informed that our rooms had been cancelled. We had no communication from HIA @ Carlyle by IHG or Priceline about the cancellation. We spent at least an hour scrambling to find another place to stay. So disappointing & infuriating.
