Staff, especially Tamer at front desk, make this hotel shine with genuine helpfulness.

The room was neat and clean, and we appreciated the very nice towels and linens. We also really liked it. There were fresh water stations on every floor. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A small café downstairs a very good latte!

HOTEL ROOMS ARE EXTREMELY SMALL AND CRAMPED . CHOICE OF VEG FOOD IN THE MENU IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.
The property is completely out of sync with the times...from the filthy carpet to broken tiles and washroom knobs... everything was bad. When the temperature is 20 degrees, the hotel refused to switch on the AC. Staff are better. It is a big blot ok the Holiday Inn name. I moved to IBIS for 4 days.
The staff were excellant and helpfull.
