Holiday Inn Asheville East-Blue Ridge Pkwy by IHG

The breakfast bar was a full hot breakfast and well stocked. Our room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The location was Great, easy access to HWY and good restaurants.

Cons I booked a room with a couch (for watching TV) but our room had an older trundle bed pushed up against a side wall instead.

Cons I didn’t like that we stayed for 3 nights and they didn’t clean the room or bring towels we had to ask

Would have been perfect if not for the housekeeping issues.

The location was awesome, the room was comfortable, the bed was really good. Breakfast buffet was good but not exceptional.

Cons We were blindsided by the fact they were NOT cleaning the rooms daily. We got caught without clean towels and the trash was not emptied. We told one of the maids we were leaving the room for the day and told her it was Ok to go ahead and clean. When we returned that evening, the room had not been touched. I called the front desk to ask what's up and was told they had a staffing shortage and didn't clean the rooms every day. I've stayed in other hotels that had a policy of only cleaning your room if you requested, but they MADE IT CLEAR by posting that info in the room.
