El desayuno estaba delicioso y variado y se veía higiénico el lugar muy atentos La alberca esta muy padre porque al parecer esta climatizada y las vistas esta increíbles Pedimos cambio de habitación más cerca de la alberca y sin problema nos cambiaron Es un ambiente tranquilo La ubicación esta muy bien para caminar hacia el centro Cerca hay puestos de comida También se puede caminar hacia el lago esta hermoso

Cons Había cucarachas en la habitación, mi niña amanecio con piquetes de algún insecto de la cama☹️🤔 Se siente viejo el hotel Le hace falta que fumiguen bien Le falta remodelación un toque más moderno y fresco Yo creo que el precio lo amerita El área de la alberca se ve descuidada

Unfortunately I will not be staying here again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons The bathroom was so small it felt suffocating, so did the room itself. I had a two double bed. Anyone who was not a guest could easily get in the hotel through the garage elevator. I even seen a homeless woman down by the banquet rooms while me and my 1 yr old granddaughter were exploring the hotel. The hotel/elevator layout was a bit complicating

Cons Nachts warmal ein Gast auf dem Gang im 5. Stock sehr laut um 2:15 am Kaffee in der Lobby war zwar als Starbucks deklariert.Mitarbeiterinnen waren keine Barista. Milch viel zu heiss und Schaum voller Luft. Becher waren quasi nur hslb voll.
