Great stay and great hospitality

The staff were incredibly helpful.The facilities were really good especially the pool.Just remember to bring a swim cap.The rooms were very clean and the breakfast and the view from the breakfast was amazing

Disappointed

The hotel was clean and pleasant, with an excellent location. However, the staff were cold and not very welcoming. We were not informed before making the reservation that the swimming pool would be unavailable for an extended period. This information was only provided after the payment had already been charged, which was very disappointing. The breakfast was average and reasonable, but nothing special. Overall, there was nothing particularly impressive about the hotel—it was just an ordinary stay. אם תרצי, אני יכולה גם לנסח אותה  יותר חריפה ומרתיעה, או  יותר מנומסת ומקצועית.

המיטות היו ממש נוחות ואוו כמו ענו גם המלון נקי יפה

I mainly used the swimming pool facilities and would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by the spa agent, Ogtay, who was always kind, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.
