Holiday Inn Boise Airport by IHG

The hotel was perfect for all my needs.

Loved that it was close to the airport. The lounge was fun and the food was great.

superb, excellent and you ask why. my wife and I. had just been evacuated from ranch 45-kinda scary. be safe to everyone involved w/ the fires we were given a coupon for breakfast hin they treated us above what was necessary-early check in-this was so appreciated helped w/ the computer in printing out the boarding passes w/ breakfast she came over and made sure our table was clean They met our glance and asked us if we needed anythin All the Staff-Thank You----I don't have all the names.....many deserve a heartfelt -thank you

Missing jewelry.

Missing jewelry and unhelpful staff. I left two rings on the nightstand between the beds in room 105. They are gone. Staff was super unhelpful and just told to wait until the manager comes back in the morning.

Showed promise, but did not deliver.

Room had a modern feel and ample space.

Cons Breakfast was an up charge and wasn’t significantly better than standard free hotel breakfasts. One of our 2 rooms was not fully cleaned (bathroom had been skipped). My DIL had already asked to switch once because of a leaking toilet and the baby had fallen asleep, so she cleaned as best she could herself. I did not learn of this until later, but that is unacceptable, especially given the cost of the room.

The room size was nice. The separate sitting room allowed for extra space.

Cons Breakfast was a pay only buffet. Other hotels provide a hot breakfast for free, which makes them a better value. TV

Loved the flexible hours for spa and pool operations..most closed are only 10 to 10 if u r lucky

So friendly and loved the flexible hours to enjoy the spa and pool...very accommodating...great location
