poorly maintained, unhelpful staff

The location is great, very close to the subway, local restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons The hotel is quite old and you can eventually feel it in the facilities. Also it's pet friendly and won't be convenient to people with dog allergies. We didn't see that beforehand and got a room with a very strong presence of a former guest dog. The hotel tried their best to clean it, but it didn't really help.

Too much money for a very mediocre hotel.

Cons Furniture in room was VERY worn. Room air conditioning did not work. Exercise room was hot and equipment was broken.

The stay was not enjoyable because the odor from the carpet was unbearable.

Cons There was a foul odor coming from the carpet in the room. I called the front desk to have housekeeping spray some deodorizer in the room or on the carpet, but nobody came to the room. There was also dust in the closet and where the refrigerator and microwave were located.

Wish it was better.

Not a bad or terrible location. Parking is better than most places. Everything within walking distance. Trains and buses and plenty of food places.

Cons Ice machines lack there of. And just unorganized overall. Refrigerator that didn’t work! After a while remodel. Drain that was clogged while trying to take a shower. Lack of weights in gym.

Would not recommend a stay here

Under construction in some areas. Room was battered and run down.
