Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre by IHG

This was one of best stay in a hotel anywhere. We were treated like royalty. Welcomed by every employee when we returned every night. They had the pool (spectacular view there) repaired in a rush because we wanted to swim after our days of visit. The food was plenty, international and very good. Maymur a concierge helped us plan everything, trips, taxis, visits: he was great. The suite we had was perfect; large and fully equipped. Silent with good AC. One caveat: The hot water could be just a little bit warmer. The rest: perfect.

This was a nice hotel. The stay was comfortable and the staff were accommodating. We had a mechanical issue and they fixed it immediately as well. The only downside was some of the staff were inconsistent in behavior, but I believe that is just the difference between the new and experienced staff here.

This hotel displays outstanding customer service! They are attentive, always inquiring if they can do something for you. We had a suite so we enjoyed the extra space. They also have excellent gym facilities.

Hard copy tv programs guide and easy to use shower taps, easy to use air con control. Excellent shower water pressure. Good bed. Very clean hotel with really good staff. Overall 10 out of 10

ダッカは2回目です。部屋は清潔で快適でした。朝夕食事付きにして正解でした。2fレストランのビュッフェはとても充実しています。屋上のプールとジャグジーも良かったです。ディレイチェックアウトにも対応してくれて大変満足です。

部屋は綺麗で、過ごしやすい。 シャワーはお湯の水圧弱く、チョロチョロ。 朝食バイキングは可もなく不可もなく。 コーヒーは部屋に持って帰れるのは良い。 時期的な事もあるかも知れないが、グランドフロアロビーの蚊が多いので注意。
