I had a great experience at Holiday Inn, thanks to Princess and her outstanding service. She was very welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. Princess made sure everything was handled smoothly and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied. Her positive attitude and genuine care for guests truly made a difference. It’s not every day you come across someone so dedicated and friendly. Because of her excellent service, my experience was even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time here. The location was perfect for exploring, and the atmosphere was very welcoming for a group of friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering great value for the price. Highly recommend it for anyone traveling in a small group!

We really liked the hotel and the staff. Even in middle of crisis during March 2026 in Dubai, they helped us. The breakfast was delicious, rooms were comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was very close to Dubai airport, we rented a car and everywhere in Dubai was approximately 20 minutes apart to this hotel. I recommend to stay.
