Great for a short stay! Staff extremely helpful

Cons Area although one of the nicer areas still wasn’t the safest at night with a lot of homeless people outside the building.

The Breakfast was Excellent. The Server’s were Bery Kind, Helpful, Very Polite…, They did They Kobs Well. It’s Seems Everyone was getting they foodies & Happy as can be. The Sr. Fellow Should a young Lady how to use the New Fad/ Bagel Slicer as she was Actually, trying to do it Evenly with a Sharp / Knife…, She thank Him for Showing her the Ourpose of a Bagel Slicer…, You Got Great Customer Service in the Quality of very kind & Talented individuals you’ve Hired to Represent the Brand; HOLIDAY INN / Express Mid Town, Philadelphia… Kudo’s to your HR. Dept. Quality Checked individuals.

Cons The Atmosphere was just Great & It’s what anyone would Expect from a Warm Summer stay very Clean & Tidy. I like the Staff saying if the room isn’t clean please, let front desk /Know ‼️. 2nd if, anything I find as a Occupant: Caretaker of My Room that needs Fixed or Replaced/Repaired to let Mgt. Know & Bring it to Y’all / ATTENTION ‼️So, YALL on top of things in that regards as well… I like that…, Like what can we do Better. Thank You 😊.
