Breakfast was delicious! Great variety Wish parking was included in stay. Also learned after we already stayed they offer a discount for hospital patients. We will be back in about a week. Felt really safe there!

Breakfast was pretty good, staff offered is an early check in as they had a room ready. Room was very clean, spacious and we really enjoyed it for our one night stay. Location in close to everything and subway

Cons Due to knee problems of my wife, we asked for a room for disabled people. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom was small, the shower head was broken, and there was no place to hang dresses for the wedding we went to. Even with these problems, we would still use this room again.
Great Stay!
The location was excellent, and overall the hotel completely met our expectations. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. The swimming pool was very good, and we also really enjoyed the gym, which was well equipped and a great addition to the hotel. Overall, though, we had a very positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
Cons The only area that could be improved is breakfast. The food selection is actually excellent, with plenty of choice, but the breakfast area gets very crowded in the morning, and the space and facilities don't seem quite adequate for the number of guests. During our stay, one of the pancake machines was also broken, which made the situation a little chaotic at times. One additional small point: the quality of the coffee could definitely be improved. Perhaps changing the coffee brand would make a noticeable difference.
