Cons Got back after a late-night football game and available parking was minimal. Bed was super creaky and noisy when climbing in and rolling over.

Location was perfect. Family memeber having a procedure at Piedmont Hospital. Had no idea that the king suite was literally a suite with a living room area and a second bath!! Very comfy.

Cons The microwave was literally at the bottom of the cabinet on the floor level. NOT easily accessible for older folks or those with movement issues. The main bathroom tub was slippery when first getting in.
