Holiday Inn Express & Suites Louisville Downtown by IHG
Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, but thin walls let you hear neighbors clearly and some units have poor temperature control.

Great
Great service at the front
Cons They were friendly
Everything was perfect
Easy check in great location
Comfy beds- set an alarm!
Nothing to complain about, bed so comfy we overslept and missed breakfast!
Cons No dislikes.
It was a great place!! Everything was amazing.
Beautiful property!
Cons Everything!
Breakfast was great! Staff helpful, beds comfortable. Used iron and ironing board. Hotel was very close to wedding reception venue and other downtown sites of interest. The blackout curtains were insanely good! Slept deeply and well🙂
Cons Bathroom in suite had mold and fan did not work. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I recommend a foam couch as opposed to springs. We basically took cushions off couch, put them on floor. Pullout couch extremely uncomfortable.
