Nice staff, but no one would answer the phone for the two days ahead of our stay, so I could request an ADA room for my mom. Besides that, room and staff while there was great. Breakfast was GREAT!. Everything was very clean. Very much enjoyed stay, oh and parking was goid considering its downtown location.

The location is great and it’s overall a safe, clean hotel.
Cons None of the plugs worked! We weren’t able to charge any of our devices. There were at least 5 outlets we tried that didn’t work. Thought it was probably just our room, but we were with a bigger group that said their phones didn’t charge.

Cons The lady at the front desk was rude and almost nasty to me when I found out I booked the wrong room online by mistake. She told me I should be grateful that they had the correct room I could switch to. I was already apologizing and when I said I didn’t realize I did that she said she wasn’t trying to argue. When I asked how much I paid, she said what do you mean and I thought she was going to snap. Then she lied about the price when I checked my bank account it was more than I was told. The room was hot even on 68 degrees and there were hairs in the shower and sink.
