Cons Our mini fridge didn’t work and a second pre authorization was put on my card that held over $300 then they needed another $100 to hold so over $400 was being held from me it came back in 5-7 days but that was money I did not have to spend on my trip.

The location was fantastic! Close to the stadium and ballpark. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons The detector in the room had a light that flashed throughout the night, which was annoying. You could also hear the loud cars or motorcycles that revved up their engines outside.

Although they placed me on a 27 minute hold. I literally had time to drive there and wait in line and they still did not pick up the call that I was on hold.. I think that is very rude. The gentleman that checked me in was fantastic.
Cons I didn’t like the fact that I called and was placed on hold. I did not want to book through booking.com. I wanted to book through their facility and I wanted to know the rates but since there was only one room available, I went ahead and booked, so I’m not sure if I could’ve got a better deal through booking through the facility or not and then I couldn’t get points .
