Hard to beat

I was actually impressed with the staff, the location and the service in general. I felt like it was worth every penny just because it felt like you were getting more for your money here than you would at a more luxurious place. Front desk was great, can't pronounce her name but she was wonderful. Got a little gift bag and that was unexpected but very nice. Came in handy. I didn't drive so I can't confirm valet but I know they were very nice getting my luggage for me. Walking .. I thought it was great. You're kind of on the edge of the French quarter but within a reasonable walking distance to the rest of the quarter and many, many attractions. Not resulted to the hotel but you can really fill your whole trip up with attractions almost non stop from when you land till late at night after the cemetery tours end and the night life comes around.

Cons I wouldn't say it's the most pristine but I think it fits the area. To my standards...it was a good place and even better if you just need somewhere to rest your head. Disliked the shower though, easy to get water everywhere. Just a small shower wall .

An amazing stay in the French Quarter

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, being right off Bourbon Street.

I think I had a different idea of the French Quarter and we were not prepared for how disgusting the area really is. We

Restaurant staff next door polite.

Cons Smelt. Pillows were foul - sprayed deodorant on them. Did not replace towels that were taken with daily clean and took asking 3 times of different staff and 2 hours before we received towels back.

An und für sich ein schönes Hotel. Gute Lage. Schöne Zimmer. Netter Congierge.

Cons -Sehr unfreundliche Dame an der Reception. Beim Einchecken war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Es hiess, ich bekomme Bescheid. Als ich um 17.15h nachfragte, wurde mir ganz schnippisch und ohne ein Wort zu sagen, die Zimmerkarte in die Hand gedrückt. Keine Entschuldigung-nichts. Sehr unverschämt. -dunkles Zimmer -es wurde irgendeine Tax berechnet für Voucher, die man täglich im überteuerten Restaurant einlösen konnte. So ein Quatsch!
