Location and staff experience was amazing.
Cons We were in a handicap accessible room. The shower head placement is not ideal for its purpose with a disabled person. It was a walk in shower with no raised edge so the entire smooth tile floor was covered with water every time my disabled Father showered. It was very hazardous for someone who is likely to fall. Also this room was on the 3rd floor and very hard to access with a mobility scooter and the tiny elevators. This is the only complaint I had with the property. The staff, location and services were great. I am leaving this review for someone who may be considering a handicapped room at this location. It is difficult to navigate.
