Rooms vary wildly because renovations are incomplete. Older rooms smell musty, have stained carpets and springs poking through mattresses, while renovated ones feel modern and fresh. Location near the MTR is excellent but noise from outside buildings reaches upper floors, and front desk service ranges from helpful to dismissive depending on who you get.
