Great spot to stay when traveling to/from the Galapagos!
Quick access (minutes) to the airport - and free shuttle makes getting there easy. (Plus the drivers were great). Staff across the board was helpful and kind. Our room was on the 3rd floor where the outdoor pool and hot tub is - so we enjoyed easy access to this as well.

Na realidade, trata-se de um hotel de aeroporto. Muito funcional para quem tem conexão ou voo cedo, mas fica bem longe dos lugares mais charmosos da cidade. Se o seu objetivo for turismo, lazer e conhecer a parte mais bonita e vibrante de Guayaquil, não recomendo ficar aqui. É mais para uma pernoite rápida e prática.
Cons Na minha opinião, o custo-benefício deixou a desejar. Achei o valor da diária alto para o que o hotel realmente oferece em termos de estrutura, quarto e serviços. Para ter uma base de comparação, fiquei em Cuenca em um hotel bem superior em tudo — localização, conforto e café da manhã — pela metade do preço. Acredito que precisam rever a tarifa ou entregar mais pelo que cobram

The Best Customer Service EVER
This was one of the best Hotels I have stayed out with exceptional Guest service. Ariana checked me in and was absolutely wonderful. I wanted to tip the houseman, but I had no cash on me. I asked Ariana where the nearest ATM was and she said across the street. That's when the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. Andres came up and said let me walk you across the street. When we got to the ATM it would not work so Andres said we can take a small walk to the airport and use their ATM, the entire time he had no idea I was wanting cash to tip from the beginning. So me and Andres took a very nice walk to the airport and was very protective of me the entire time. Once we got close, I said how beautiful a plant was and asked if I wanted a picture and took several pictures for me with my phone. Now keep in mind he couldn't speak English nor could I speak Spanish. On the way back I broke out the translator so we could have a conversation. He told me they were blessed to have a guest like me at their hotel, but I was the one who was very blessed by the staff. Needless to say, I gave him a very nice tip and was well deserved. I had dinner around 1am and the staff was absolutely amazing! When I took the shuttle at 3am to the airport he was so kind as well. I am an employee for IHG and I have never seen this type of customer service before.
