The Best Customer Service EVER

This was one of the best Hotels I have stayed out with exceptional Guest service. Ariana checked me in and was absolutely wonderful. I wanted to tip the houseman, but I had no cash on me. I asked Ariana where the nearest ATM was and she said across the street. That's when the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. Andres came up and said let me walk you across the street. When we got to the ATM it would not work so Andres said we can take a small walk to the airport and use their ATM, the entire time he had no idea I was wanting cash to tip from the beginning. So me and Andres took a very nice walk to the airport and was very protective of me the entire time. Once we got close, I said how beautiful a plant was and asked if I wanted a picture and took several pictures for me with my phone. Now keep in mind he couldn't speak English nor could I speak Spanish. On the way back I broke out the translator so we could have a conversation. He told me they were blessed to have a guest like me at their hotel, but I was the one who was very blessed by the staff. Needless to say, I gave him a very nice tip and was well deserved. I had dinner around 1am and the staff was absolutely amazing! When I took the shuttle at 3am to the airport he was so kind as well. I am an employee for IHG and I have never seen this type of customer service before.

Convenient Location

Very strategically located. Coffee was very good. Staff were very cordial, helpful and fluent in English. Assisted us with our DIY city tour concerns. Had very helpful restaurant recommendations. Rates are reasonable. Room is big, but wished they had a bidet intheir bathroom.

Guayaquil Goodness

We stayed here on both ends of a Galapagos cruise. You can walk from the airport--we felt very safe doing this-5 minutes or so--just exit the airport and turn right! No need to use the shuttle service. Nice restaurant on site and we also used the relaxing pool area. Highly recommend.

safe clean environment

we had heard many negative things about guayaquil, Ecuador, but we needed to spend the night there before a flight to the Galapagos Islands. The hotel is very close to the airport, but the hotel has a shuttle that leaves every half hour and is quick and efficient. I really highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is a bit pricey so we ate in the airport, but they do have a nice restaurant where we had dinner the night before our flight.
