Holiday Inn Houston Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Nice + clean room & great location, but took over an hour to check in

It was a nice, clean, modern and good size room, breakfast was included in the stay, the hotel location was very walkable to many places on our itinerary in the city, and the hotel staff was friendly + helpful

Cons It took over an hour to check in (we did come in during a busy event weekend), and the parking garage was a little bit gross and kind of steep to drive down with our car but glad that was offered ($25 per day) versus street parking

Cons Checked in to a unmade hotel room. No sheets on the bed and the bin was full. Took 40 minutes to check in as only one person on the desk.

Lage. Parkplätze. Frühstück. Zimmer weit oben. Prima Aussicht. Sehr freundliches Frühstücks-Personal.

Cons Zimmer und Bad recht klein. Klimaanlage ließ sich schlecht regeln. Wurde ungemein laut, wenn man Sie abschaltete. Rezeption war mit dem Einchecken überfordert. Neues IT-System. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Stadtpläne vorhanden.

The noise from the streets were loud couldn't sleep Room was very small not much space to move around also the water pressure was a joke. Bathroom itself has no space to get ready no space to put makeup bag or anything, Sink was small and water was dripping on my feet while washing my face. Front desk was very nice and friendly. Parking was empty no issues.

Cons Bed was. Clean comfortable the lobby was nice and open air.
