Holiday Inn Houston Downtown, an IHG Hotel

The noise from the streets were loud couldn't sleep Room was very small not much space to move around also the water pressure was a joke. Bathroom itself has no space to get ready no space to put makeup bag or anything, Sink was small and water was dripping on my feet while washing my face. Front desk was very nice and friendly. Parking was empty no issues.

Cons Bed was. Clean comfortable the lobby was nice and open air.

Cons The check in was horrible. I prepaid for my room and thw front desk clerk was not able to find my room and had to call help. After quite some time they found my room through a credit card audit. I checked into a room on the 5th floor. The beds did not have pillows nor a top comforter. I had to he moved to a room on the 11th floor. Only 1 bed had a set of pillows. Someone had to come in and scrape some goo off the bathroom wall. I was not aware there was a $300 deposit for incidentals. I used my CashApp card and called to follow up on the pending charge. To my surprise I was told that CashApp does not get the credit back. No one told me that was the case when my card was used. This was my family's first time in Houston, which everything else was a great experience except everything about this hotel. The $300 deposit not being refunded was the last straw.

NRG スタジアムに行く時は便利

メトロ駅に近く FIFA World Cup会場に行くにも街の中心へ行くにも便利でした。 朝食がおいしかったです。 タオル アートやトイレットペーパーで作られたお花など、ほっこりしました。 プールなどを備えた豪華なホテルというよりも、ビジネスホテルに近い感じですが、ワールドカップを見に来た私達には十分でした

Cons 日本人としてはシャワーだけではなく、バスタブもあると嬉しいのですが、今回は１泊でしたので気になりませんでした。
