لن اعود للفندق بسبب موظفه الاستقبال

الفندق سابقا كان مقبول الان لا انصح فيه يوجد موظفه في الاستقبال وقت الظهر سيئه جدا جدا حضوري للفندق الساعه 2 ظهرا وتم التأخير من الموظفه وهي تعرف هذا الشي وجاء بعدي 3 نزلاء وتم خدمتهم وإدخالهم بسرعه وانهاء تسجيل الدخول أنا اقول عيب عليها رجل عمرة فوق الخمسين ويتعامل بهذي الطريقه والتأخير المتعمد من الموظفه

Cons موظفه الاستقال ريناد او رنا لا تستحق ان تكون موظفه في الصفوف الاماميه للنزلاء

احيانا الموظفين يصنعون الفارق في المكان

الموظفه لمى ابدااااع في التعامل وسريعة الإنجاز

Cons عدم وجود مطاعم أو بقالات قريبة من الفندق

I booked the hotel for 3 nights but I left it after staying of two nights. I requested them to refund the amount for one night but they refused to pay as it was booked through Booking.com. I request to refund the amount for one night to Booking.com.

Cons Room lighting arrangement. It was not as per expectation. There was a reading table but no light was there, after request I got it but not a good arrangement.

Overall bad experience

Cons The room was non smoking room, but the room smell full tabaco like the smoking room also the reception personal were very disorganized since we paid the room early and comeback check in time but the room still not ready and one the room was not as the book requested
