Cons Honestly, the only thing that really sucked about from this hotel, was the parking situation. They charge you $40 a night on top of the high hotel room cost.. and then of course the breakfast is expensive.. I believe they really try to get every dollar out of you when you are there...

The entire staff was friendly, very hospitable, and went above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The room was comfortable and clean and very welcoming.
Cons The fact that the pool was year round was the original reason we chose this hotel, but we were not aware of the fact that it is NOT HEATED. It was freezing cold and I couldn't even get in. If its not heated it certainly shouldn't be open in October. The colored lights in the pool were an added extra, its ashame I couldn't take advantage of the one thing I made my final decision because of.

Cons Keurig didn’t work and still, after contacting front desk 3 times, no one helped. The new parking situation was very inconvenient. It took the 3rd contact with the front desk person to help with the situation.
