Holiday Inn New Orleans-Downtown Superdome by IHG
Clean spacious rooms with decent views, but bathroom sliding doors lack privacy and you can't open the balcony door.

Cons I got charged by you and by the hotel. Can someone reimburse me the double charge we went to my mother in law's funeral and had not have time to email about this. Your immediate attention is appreciated. If you have any question you can call me 480 280 9686 or email me estrada426@aol.com. thank you Elizabeth Estrada

Wonderful stay.. I will come back again
Cons All Good
It was great!
It was the perfect spot for me to come and take my exam. It was only a 10 minute walk which gave me time to relax on the way there.
The hotel was clean, and the housekeeping service was efficient and good. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient, within walking distance of the French Quarter. The pool area was also nice and relaxing, a great place to chill and unwind.
Cons The breakfast was disappointing. The choice was quite limited, and on one occasion my omelette was undercooked, while on another it was burnt. Also, if you are travelling with a child who stays for free, they are not entitled to a complimentary breakfast voucher, so you have to pay extra for their breakfast. Parking is also quite expensive at $45 per night. Leaving the car outside the hotel did not feel like a safe option, so parking at the hotel was essentially necessary.
Very clean and great value
Cons Restaurant didn’t have much selection
