Cons People smoking weed and vaping just outside the gate of the hotel. There was no hot water for a more than 14 hours. I asked the staff, their response was cold and tried to talk me down. The person said that there is nothing they can do unless the engineer comes down. No regret and no apologies were provided. Guess the staff loves to talk over the guest.
