Amazing property which exceeded our expectations. The staff handled everything with genuine warmth and professionalism. The full-body massage was pure bliss. My therapist was highly professional, incredibly intuitive.

Cons The property is a resort - rooms are spacious but Old . This is the second time I have come here (once i had come for DInner) it ALWAYS Booked for office parties and big solo male traveller groups . Its impossible to have a quite me time with family .

Mixed experience - but happy overall

I travelled to it with young kids and overall had an enjoyable stay. Staff is warm and attentive, quick to respond. The breakfast spread is impressive with yummy food. I did not like the pizza at fig and olive because of base sauce overload which was on the sweet side. Also it was missing crunch. The absence of high tea was disappointing. They do put up a cart but the food is very overpriced. Also, the room was comfortable but the absence of any windows in the bathrooms in villa style rooms bothered me. The pool was very nice and clean. The beach bar is also amazing with great food and drinks. I would like to be back but do hope the rooms are renovated by then and maybe mattresses replaced. They felt somewhat worn out. The lobby is huge and gorgeous - I liked that it is multilevel. Also appreciated the well appointed kids activity room with several activities. The game room however should be more central and not treated like a store room
