Cons I had a terrible stay here and the customer service was unsupportive. First, I had to wait a full hour just for my suite to be ready and they didn't even bother offering a bottle of water while I waited. When I finally got to the room, I noticed a broken marble tile right on the floor between the bathroom and the main hallway, which is completely unsafe. The suite I booked was included with breakfast and dinner, but the staff refused to let me into the buffet because my room number wasn’t on their printed list. Instead of resolving it themselves, I had to walk all the way back down to reception desk just to sort out their mistake and prove my reservation. Even after they finally let me in, no one ever apologized for the hassle. I won't be coming back. The lack of care and basic professionalism here is unacceptable.
