The hotel sits in a great location near the Space Needle, but it's currently under major construction with hammering starting at 8am daily. Rooms are small with tiny bathrooms, though newly renovated ones are clean with decent beds and water pressure. Parking costs $35 a day, front desk service is inconsistent, and one reviewer found water damage and mold.
