Parking attendees were very welcoming and helpful. the bathroom was nice and atleast deep tub and actual hot water

Cons Everything is a separate charge 🙄 parking 65$ a day, breakfast not included and you need your key card every time you leave your room or you can't use the elevator... which just proves how unsafe the area is

Great location and very pet-friendly, but the cleanliness and pool condition were disappointing.

It’s very convenient for anyone visiting Nashville for the first time, as it’s close enough to Broadway and many of the main attractions while still being a comfortable place to stay. The hotel was also very pet-friendly, which we really appreciated, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons There were a few things that were disappointing. There was no complimentary bottled water and no complimentary coffee in the morning, which was surprising for a hotel at this price point. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it had a pool, but unfortunately the pool was so dirty that it looked green even from our room. Needless to say, we did not feel comfortable using it. I also found a false eyelashes behind the bathroom sink, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival.

The hotel has a great location.

Many amenities and a great atmosphere.

Cons I have just one reservation: a young woman at the reception was a bit rude and the breakfast could be self-service.

Very nice loved the free snacks and coffee and cold water on my offered e wry morning and afternoon
