Always a nice place to stay

The room was clean and reasonably good, food is excellent in the restaurant and also room service. Beer is cold. Staff are very nice. Only let down was the towels on first night felt like plastic, second night the towels were fine.

Excellent perfect customer service by hotel staff

My room was upgraded to apartment. I appreciate it as I was able to kill 2 birds with one stone. Work n pleasure.

My transit to work-Feb 27-28

It was a lovely experience. Starting from the butlers to the front office staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Requested for early check in since I’ll be flying in to Pom before lunch. The Duty Manager advised the front office staff to give any available room similar to my reservations. The room was amazing and comfortable. A lovely view of the gardens and pool. The food was outstanding and delicious. I will definitely recommend the restaurant. All in all, a lovely experience and I look forward to coming back soon.

Poor infrastructure.

Poor internet, poor set top box channels, food smell from neighboring rooms enter into the room via air conditioner ducts.

Had a wonderful Lunch experience.

I was greeted outside the restaurant with a friendly staff who handed me a flyer about the lunch Menu that was going for K30, I thought it was cheap so I decided to try it out and man I tell you!, it was delicious, the staff were friendly and even the food arrived quickly than expected. Keep it up FnB team.
