まずまずでした。

市内の中心部にあって地下鉄駅から近く観光に便利な立地。 帰国が夜遅い便でしたが快適なロビーでチェックアウト後も寛げました。 設備全般も良かったです。

Cons 3人宿泊なのにリネン、アメニティが1セットと2セットしか用意されておらず、追加を頼むもなかなか持って来て貰えずでした。 部屋のドアの前のゴミが片付けられておらず、部屋のゴミ箱のゴミも入ったままでした。

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent and convenient for getting around the city. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options.

Cons We had a very disturbing incident during the first night. At around 2:00–2:30 AM, while my family and I were sleeping, someone suddenly opened the door to our room. We woke up in shock, my family started screaming, and I immediately ran towards the door. By the time I reached it, there was nobody in the corridor. I wanted to go directly to reception, but after what had just happened, I was afraid to leave my family alone in the room. I therefore called reception and explained the situation. They told me they would review the security cameras. About 30 minutes later, after we figured out how to manually secure the door from the inside, I went downstairs. The gentleman at reception apologized and explained that it had been a bellboy. Mistakes can happen, but entering an occupied guest room in the middle of the night is a serious matter. What made the experience even worse was that whoever opened the door simply disappeared instead of immediately explaining or apologizing. Holiday Inn should ensure that its staff are properly trained in guest privacy, room access procedures, and basic hotel etiquette. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced anything like this. It was frightening for my family and completely disrupted our sense of security that night.

1) отличная звукоизоляция номера, 2) удобная кровать и подушки для сна, 3) продуманная эргономика номера, позволяющая отдыхать и работать, 4) богатые завтраки, 5) очень вежливый приветливый персонал

Cons 1) мне показалось, что напор воды в душе не максимальный, но, возможно, это везде так, 2( лампочка в настольной лампе не работала - мне не мешало
