Czysto, bardzo pomocny personel, smaczne śniadanie

The Staff were amazing and were always in contact with us if we needed them. They even gave us a special anniversary surprise, which was totally unexpected but very appreciated. Thank you for caring.

Good place to stay in Ulaanbaatar.

Fantastic large room. Good gym.

Cons Breakfast staff were way too slow at clearing tables making it difficult to get a seat. Also frustratingly slow at topping up food, plates and cutlery etc meaning not all choices were available.

L'hotel è nuovo e moderno.

Cons Il divano letto che ci hanno dato per la terza persona non era comodo. La colazione sicuramente non è da hotel a cinque stelle. Il prezzo era esageratamente alto, non so se è dovuto al fatto che quella settimana c'era la COP17.

Hotel staff was really supportive!

Cons Internet was unstable and very poor, only 2.4 was available. There were issue with water, after resolving the issue, the wather color was dark brown, lots of sand, which caused a serious isssue. I opened the sink, then it was not possible to close it, water was comming continuesly. I called to reception, they came, checked and changed my room, I appreciate that! They "upgraded" my room to executive, and gave me a room almost same size, the only difference was a coffee machine, and that there was a bathtube in the bathroom 🤣🤣😅 Another issue was in the restaurant. I ordered a national dish(buzz) 3 times, and every time they brought with different sauces, or just without any sauce. Once I ordered a Greek salad and a main dish. They brought the main dish only. And when I asked the bill, the salad was also in the bill. I explained, that you didnt bring the salad, they surprised, and said-really??? After checking, some 5 min later they brought the salad, while I have already finished my main dish and wanted to go. I think the main issue in fact, was the language, as most of them almost was not speaking Engliah. Althouth they may say yes, whatever you ask, but YES does not mean Yes in reality!
