Amazing just the hours of their amenities

Beautiful just the hours of their bar and slot machines could be adjusted to different longer hours with some local things like the Bombers, and/or Jets games.

Cons Just the drunk people we interacted with outside the premises. Not that they were doing things illegal just he was over his limit is all. Too drunk I'd say. Drunk enough to be called in by local security or police.

The location and ease of booking was good

Cons From the start of our arrival the unkempt facility was noticeable- desperate need of a remodel. Then we went to our room- appalling! I always check a hotel mattress for signs of bed bugs but what I found was so much worse- mattresses with human blood stains and many more stains we had no idea what they were. The 4th floor hallway carpet was torn & stained and smells like diarrhea. The amazing front desk staff immediately gave us a different room that was acceptable but Im not convinced the original room was rerented to someone else when it should be contaminated! Corporate needs to invest in this site!

The breakfast the first day was cold. The next day better but bland, The location was very good for what we did in Winnipeg

Cons They we renovating. The problem when they were renovating is that they were jackhammering and the noise was from 10:00AM to 5:00 PM each day we were there. We came back from a fiuneral for a rest around 11:30 AM and the noise was unbearable. I sent an e mail to your customer service and have not received a reply.
