Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good! Their showers actually had decent pressure, unlike most hotels. I also loved having the parking garage attached to each floor, made com I ng and going very convenient

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms
Safety and security with the doors being locked 24/7 Location with ease of walking access to many restaurants and stores. Very clean facilities. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. Generous supply of towels and washcloths. The sitting area was comfortable with good lighting.
Cons The included breakfast was mediocre, at best. $25 a night for parking seemed excessive.

The locations and staff. I had problem with Booking.com. But hotel staffs resolved quickly
Cons The main thing is there is communication between booking.com and the hotel. One Staff said he did not see the room I booked and paid

It’s close proximity to the convention center, shops and restaurants, and how walkable it is.
Cons It was on the higher end I felt for a moderate hotel, and the breakfast could have had a little more variety
