The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. A dishwasher is included and they also provide plenty of dishes and utensils. You can borrow a induction cooktop and pen if needed. They clean up every two days. The breakfast is decent, there are oatmeals, fruits, and boiled eggs if you want to eat healthier. Access to everywhere in the hotel requires eletronic key card, which made me feel safe during my stay, especially given its location in the center city. The location is right next to reading terminal market. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Cons Me fizeram uma cobrança de 150 dólares de caução e disseram que devolveriam em 3 dias e até hoje nada. Minha estadia foi até 14/10. O café da manhã é super fraco, só o que valeu foi a localização. Pela manhã perguntei pela reposição de queijo no café da manhã e a funcionária disse que tinha acabado. Isso às 8:30 da manhã. Home2 nunca mais. Espero que depositem minha caucão. Meu quarto foi entre impecável. Sou isiária do Bookinf faz muito tempo.
