Love the location , it is pitty the menu after 3 days is boring , no day menu if you need to saty more than 3 days it gets old.

A wonderful stay with caring staff, excellent breakfast, and a great location, but a very stressful check-in experience

The hotel was in a great location and was very clean. The breakfast team made our stay feel warm and welcoming every morning. They were incredibly attentive, especially to my two young children, and always greeted us with kindness. I would also like to recognize Yaira at the front desk. She went above and beyond to resolve the misunderstanding with our reservation, kept in touch with me, and ensured everything was sorted out. Her professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much better.

Cons My biggest concern was the way my reservation was handled upon arrival. Despite having proof of my booking, confirmation emails, and proof that I had called the hotel a week before my arrival to confirm my reservation, the hotel was still unable to locate it. I was left feeling as though my two 6-year-old children and I might be stranded without a room. It was an extremely stressful experience after traveling. Thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved, but the check-in process could have been handled much better.
