Cons The tax are not included in the price so you have to pay 28,%more and they will charge you 50us if you have a dog so the price of our stay was nearly double of the price of our reservation so take care about what is included in the price nothing explain during reservation on line the opposite of other hotel in santo domingo .We had to call the responsable of the hotel wait a long time as the reception didn t care about you at all and are not helpfull and there was other client where the hotel was unable to find there reservation the badest experience i ever had with an hotel and the last experience with them and the breakfast was horrible. The initial price of our reservation was 145us and they ask us 260us$ without explanation and when i ask the reception to have the details of the price they refused and said you need to pay before to have the details ,incredible.so i had to cancel and call the director and after long discussion we was able to have a little reduction but we lost 2hours and arrive late at our concert in the hard rock cafe..

Love the location , it is pitty the menu after 3 days is boring , no day menu if you need to saty more than 3 days it gets old.

A wonderful stay with caring staff, excellent breakfast, and a great location, but a very stressful check-in experience

The hotel was in a great location and was very clean. The breakfast team made our stay feel warm and welcoming every morning. They were incredibly attentive, especially to my two young children, and always greeted us with kindness. I would also like to recognize Yaira at the front desk. She went above and beyond to resolve the misunderstanding with our reservation, kept in touch with me, and ensured everything was sorted out. Her professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much better.

Cons My biggest concern was the way my reservation was handled upon arrival. Despite having proof of my booking, confirmation emails, and proof that I had called the hotel a week before my arrival to confirm my reservation, the hotel was still unable to locate it. I was left feeling as though my two 6-year-old children and I might be stranded without a room. It was an extremely stressful experience after traveling. Thankfully, the issue was eventually resolved, but the check-in process could have been handled much better.
