Nice hotel in downtown Boise for quick family trip
Nice, attractive hotel in downtown Boise. The access to the nearby gym was great! Helpful staff. Great options to walk to shops, groceries and activities nearby. Nice big bathroom with heated floors.
Cons The room was pretty small. Not much room for our luggage.

Cons No breakfast, but very close to Boise Bodega so you can stock up on some breakfast items.
The number one thing here is cleanliness and comfort. Each room delivers a very comfortable stay and even with being next to busy streets is very quiet. The location is perfect and allows for exploring downtown Boise without the need for four wheels.
Cons There is no room service and the snack area to purchase after hours is lacking. For example, there's no popcorn or a wide variety of snacks. They do have good snacks but I just wish they had more variety.

Great location. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff if very nice. Ben was incredibly helpful upon check in.
Cons The air conditioner was a little noisy, coffee service in the morning could use some upgrades. Coffee was only lukewarm a few times due to the carafe it is held in.
