Hotel 9

Hotel molto bello arredato in stile moderno, stanza molto grande, letto super-king con materassi comodissimi, e' in posizione strategica per uscire da Zagabria o per visitare il centro della citta' col tram n.6 a due passi dall'hotel. Hanno un garage che si accede con ascensore per auto al costo di 20 €/notte. C'e' stato un problema con l'aria condizionata e non ci hanno fatto pagare il garage. Tutto lo staff molto gentile e competente, un plauso particolare alla receptionist coi lunghi capelli biondi con cui abbiamo interagito di piu'.

Location and staff were very good, the room was well equipped

Cons The air conditioning was not working in the hotel. We raised this with the hotel on our first night with staff initially suggesting was due to setting we input in our room, but later conceded entire hotel aircon was faulty. We spoke to duty manager in the morning and requested compensation. When it became apparent aircon was not going to be repaired we requested a refund so we could transfer to another hotel. We received no reply from either our direct or written requests.
