Das Hotel ist einfach traumhaft, es werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Frühstück Buffet lässt keinen Wunsch aus und entspricht den Ansprüchen des Hotels. Der Service ist rein auf den Gast orientiert und sehr freundlich.

The hotel is very well located. It's clean and the food is good. The restaurants, brasserie, and bar are excellent. The staff is generally very professional and attentive. The suites are clean, well-maintained, and practical.

Cons The only slight inconsistency is at the hotel entrance, depending on who's managing it. A few minor renovations would make it perfect. We need to take the time to better train certain staff members.
