Two things you should know before booking.

The location.

Cons First, the furniture. One of the chairs in our room had a frayed seat edge with a hard wire filament poking out of the fabric — the kind of thing you don’t notice until it’s already dragging across your leg. We came very close to a proper cut. That’s not wear and tear, that’s a hazard sitting in a guest room waiting for someone to sit down on it. Second, the luggage. We handed our suitcase to the hotel porters to carry from the room to the car. It came back cracked along the shell and frame. When we reported it, the reception manager’s reply was that they had reviewed the CCTV, spoken to the porters, and concluded the porters had done nothing wrong. We were invited to come back to the hotel in person, after our onward trip, to view the footage ourselves — but were told it couldn’t be sent to us, citing GDPR. So: the hotel investigates itself, clears itself, and the only evidence is footage you can view solely at their front desk, on their schedule. That is not a complaints process. That is a wall. The property looks fine in photos. The care behind it is not there.

Our second stay. Great location and facilities. The outdoor bar is sensational as is the pool area along with service in both areas is fabulous

Cons Breakfast is good but not great. Choice is a little restrictive- No yoghurt and coffee is from an auto machine

Buena experiencia

El Hotel está muy nuevo, diseño muy bonito, muy bien situado y trato del personal correcto, desayuno de muy buena calidad y variedad como corresponde, una buena opción para estar cerca del centro (en el puerto) de Splitz y con una preciosa piscina con vistas espectaculares

Cons Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, prácticamente no tienes donde poder abrir la maleta, muy bonitas y modernas pero pequeñas. Igualmente pasa con la zona de la piscina que está en el tercer piso, no hay prácticamente espacio para tumbonas
