Ottima base per scoprire Oaxaca, con atmosfera e servizio eccellenti
Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in questo hotel, utilizzandolo come base per le nostre escursioni quotidiane nei dintorni di Oaxaca, e nel complesso la nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. La posizione è ottima rispetto al centro di Oaxaca, comoda per raggiungere le principali zone di interesse della città. La struttura è molto bella, curata e pulita, con un’atmosfera particolarmente piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la presenza di opere di artisti locali, che contribuiscono a dare all’hotel un carattere autentico e ricercato. Molto buona la colazione à la carte, varia e di qualità. Lo staff è sempre stato presente, cordiale e professionale, disponibile ad assisterci durante tutto il soggiorno. Non abbiamo avuto occasione di provare la cena, quindi non possiamo esprimere un giudizio sul ristorante serale. Nel complesso, un hotel che abbiamo apprezzato molto e che rappresenta un’ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Oaxaca, sia per visitare la città sia come punto di partenza per esplorare la regione. We spent 5 nights at this hotel, using it as a base for our daily excursions around Oaxaca, and overall we had a very positive experience. The location is excellent in relation to Oaxaca city centre, making it easy to reach the main areas of interest. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained and very clean, with a particularly pleasant atmosphere. We also really appreciated the presence of artworks by local artists, which gives the hotel a distinctive and authentic character. The à la carte breakfast was excellent, with good quality and a nice selection. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly and professional, always available whenever we needed assistance. We did not have the opportunity to try dinner, so we cannot comment on the evening restaurant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider this hotel an excellent choice in Oaxaca, both for exploring the city and as a convenient base for discovering the surrounding area.
Cons L’unico aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato meno riguarda la camera, che non disponeva di vere e proprie finestre verso l’esterno, ma solo di un’apertura affacciata sul cortile interno e sul ballatoio di accesso alle altre camere. Questo rendeva necessario tenere spesso tende o schermature chiuse e, di conseguenza, la privacy non era ottimale. The only aspect we appreciated less was the room layout. There were no proper external windows, only an opening facing the internal courtyard and the walkway leading to the other rooms. This meant we often had to keep the curtains or screens closed, so privacy was not ideal.
