Everything was amazing but I would have to say that the service staff, specifically, Irving and his crew: Alejandro, Juan Carlos and Raymundo went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care off and everything we needed was provided.

Cons At the front desk when asking for mosquito repellent I was looked at with shock and there was no repellent available at the property which is crazy in this part of the world.

Cons לא מעודכן מראש אבל הארוחת דלה מאוד, המסעדה המוצעת במלון יקרה ולא באופן מוצדק, שירות איטי ולא איכותי, רדפו אחריי טיפ מבלי לקבל שירות בהתאם. כל דבר היה בתוספת תשלום וגם יקרה.

Er waren gratis fietsen ter beschikking. Je kon vanaf het hotel de zee in om te snorkelen. Het personeel heeft ons goed geholpen bij problemen met onze vlucht.

Cons Het was een eindje rijden van het centrum. Het ontbijt was op bestelling, mijn voorkeur gaat meer naar een buffet
