OK, but did not live up to the hype.
On the whole, staff were friendly but service was a bit slow at times. Concierge service excellent.
Cons Small room in the eaves. Little head room. Quite dark. Not somewhere to linger. Single pillow. Michelin restaurant closed. Over ambience of public spaces somewhat spartan.
