Cons I booked a one night say at this hotel. While going to bed, I discovered there were bed bugs on and around the mattress. I went to the concierge and immediately left, and was told that there would be no issue in receiving a refund but that I would have to request it through Booking.com. Booking.com has since told me the hotel rejected the refund and I have not received a response from hotel services.
