Horrible experience from start to finish
Location is central but on a pedestrian road closed on weekends so you need to drag your luggages into the hotel.
Cons Not a luxury service as they claim at all. Had to jump over a sofa bed to access the bedroom even though we stayed in what they call a suite. Checked out 3 days earlier and they dont like to refund after all this mess.

Najbardziej doceniłam wyjątkową atmosferę Hotelu Bristol, jego elegancję, dbałość o detale oraz profesjonalizm i kulturę obsługi. Piękne wnętrza, komfort i doskonała lokalizacja sprawiają, że pobyt ma naprawdę wyjątkowy charakter.
Cons Trudno wskazać minusy. Przy tak wysokim standardzie oczekiwania są oczywiście duże, ale podczas mojego pobytu nie spotkałam się z niczym, co znacząco wpłynęłoby na jego komfort.
