Hotel location is good and close to restaurants, downtown Burbank and Universal Studios.
Location and parking was very nice space and well lit up.
Cons Hotel room cleanliness was not done multiple times and days, even after requesting it. Also to request cleanup you had to let the front desk know and there always is a line since there is only one person at counter most of the time.

As it turns out, I had stayed here several times before, but it was a holiday and I believe.
