Goos lication, staff were great to help solve an issue with the room selected via Booking.com and gave us a room upgrade without additional cost.
Cons I selected a room based in the information provided on Booking.com. to my surprise, and thanks to the reception staff that were very honest about it, the room didn't have real windows or view. The room specifications didn't mention anything about the window, and the pictures available are not accurate
