We did not like this hotel due to their UNFRIENDLY reception staff upon arrival for check in. Despite our phone communication about our arrival and check in, upon arrival the girls at the front desk were unprofessional, lack respect and consideration for their tourists/Guests. We asked if we could check in to our room or any available as we had just come from the United States on a Red Eye type flight and had a 5-hour flight. My elderly mother was very tired, needed rest and medication, apart from being hungry. we have always received good treatment at other hotels with at the VERY LEAST an attempt or effort in trying to accommodate us with any type of room available. The reception workers seemed bothered, unconcerned and didn't even let us finish speaking before they cut us off with "No we have nothing" "Check in is at 4PM" We were left standing in their lobby, with nowhere to go, they offered no assistance to even hold our luggage with the Bell service, or offer a coffee, water or at the least help in offering where we might find a restaurant or coffee shop. At this point, we had no choice but to make alternate reservations through another hotel at the last minute. My mother walked for several blocks with luggage in order to find food, wait on a taxi to take us the other hotel. FORTUNETLY, we found the One Hotel. Its price was even slightly lower, they answered and we explained how we were being treated and our situation. The reception worker apologized to us and said she would be able to put us in the first available room they had ready to go. we gladly agreed and left the Hotel Casino Plaza!

Deuxième fois que nous dormions dans cet hôtel, nous en sommes très satisfait : localisation proche métro et centre, parking super appréciable, lits confortables, bonne wifi, bouteille d'eau en chambre.
