During my stay, I noticed that the cleaning was not as thorough as it should have been, especially the carpets and floor

I liked the hotel's location near the mall, your excellent service, and your hospitality.

Cons I was impressed by the swimming pool, gym, and massage center, and your reasonable prices encourage customers to choose your hotel.

Probably more like 3 stars but was ok

staff were friendly, pool was nice but bar/restaurant facilities there were under rennovation, breakfast buffet was good selection and quality.

Cons black mold on the grout in my shower, almost no hot water so having a cool shower, towels in the bathroom unpleasant and cheap (even the towels by the pool were nicer). the lifts were difficult to use, sometimes they would recognise my card, sometimes not.. and when you try press your floor they often dont work but light up other floors instead.

We’ll book and stay again
