Great location but I’d pick a different hotel.

It was perfect location, cool vibe and the valet option was awesome.

Cons Only one elevator works and it’s really slow. One of my hotel keys didn’t work. They only do housekeeping every three days?? Water gushes out of the shower but will only give you one towel per person (2). Kinda dirty feeling and a bit run down.

Cons The elevators were down and there were lines. The room was cold, requiring a heater. They asked if we wanted water, then charged $5 for a small bottle of water.

Disappointing stay due to cleanliness, plumbing, noise, and safety issues.

The location was convenient, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Cons Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The plumbing was extremely loud, and we could hear whenever other guests used the bathroom or showered. The walls were also very thin, and our toilet was bubbling throughout the stay. The bathroom sink water became dangerously hot and burned my hand. To make matters worse, I found hair in my breakfast. I reported the hot water issue to the front desk at checkout, but overall there were too many cleanliness, plumbing, noise, and safety issues for us to enjoy our stay.
