Rooms are clean but aging with shabby walls and wear. You get a great location on Passeig de Gràcia with decent soundproofing despite street noise, though some guests found rooms small and noticed maintenance issues like leaking shower doors. Staff are friendly and helpful, making up for the tired room condition.
