Cons The rooms really aren’t what we expected. The humidity levels in the room are terrible. Sheets were actually wet. There’s got to be a better way to mange this. We won’t be back. The spa is really unimpressive and not par with others for the same price.
Excellent location
Right on the Riverwalk close to bars and restaurants. The room was large and very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Good air conditioning. Breakfast great, shout out to Francisco who served us.
Cons Would prefer a walk-in shower.
Wife and kids like it awesome place.
Location was great walking distance to everything.

Location on the river, suite was more than big enough
Cons Keys didn’t work from first time. Had to go down 11 stories and back up. Ice machines on floors 9 ,10am 11 didn’t work $60 per day for valet was a bit excessive, especially if you only parked it and didn’t use it until you left.
Room was amazing, hotel so close to all attractions. Would stay here again
