Beautiful architecture. Great location just 1 block from Plaza de Armas. We were able to store our luggage a day before check-in while we went to Machu Picchu. Large bathroom with a bathtub that can fit 2 and has jets. Breakfast starts at 4:30 to accommodate guests with early tours. The breakfast coffee is brewed strong. Welcome snacks and drinks.
Cons Most of the power outlets are US-type and the universal ones are so loose that we had to build a support structure for our EU-type chargers to work and not fall out. It’s also a bit silly to place a hairdryer with an EU-type plug in a bathroom with only US-type outlets. The historic architecture was ruined a bit by the unnecessary glass walls on the upper floor. I’m kind of used to having at least one complimentary water bottle in the room. But it wasn’t the case here.
