Sehr schön renoviertes Haus aus den Fünzigerjahren. Elegante Salons, schönes Café. Möglichkeit, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Top-Lage an der Donau und nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Stadtbusterminal und Straßenbahnhaltestelle nicht weit entfernt. Alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal.

The hotel is good, and the room was quite decent. I must commend the male staff member at the bar counter who assisted us when we went to collect our welcome drinks; he was the only staff member who truly impressed us.
Cons The staff appeared friendly, yet we didn't feel truly welcomed; we weren't greeted upon check-in or check-out, and they didn't even smile at us. We didn't receive comprehensive information about our stay—unlike what one would expect from a typical 3 or 4-star hotel. For instance, the staff failed to mention breakfast times, restaurant locations, or spa services. At check-out, the invoice was already prepared, but they didn't offer it to us until we asked. They didn't even ask about our parking ticket. We got into our car and were about to leave, only to realize the ticket hadn't been validated, so we had to return to the front desk. After validating it, they simply tossed it onto the counter instead of handing it to us politely. A hotel of this caliber should provide better information and service, but here, those elements were completely lacking—which was very disappointing. Our stay was marred by the cold attitude of the front desk staff and breakfast was fairly ordinary.

Most things are fine in my room. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is a little simpler yet quite tasty. The location is perfect. In General, it’s a good stay.
Cons When I was waiting for check in a front desk staff is on the computer. She noticed I was the only guest there. She could have nodded at me or simply said “please wait” to me. Instead she never looked at me or said a word to me before she finished up the job. The problem is the hot water of the shower. The temperature of the water was oscillating, either burning hot or cold. I had to be very careful and quickly respond to the water temperature change to avoid being burned.
